President and Chief Executive Officer
David French was named the President and Chief Executive Officer of OmniOn Power in September 2025. He is responsible for driving technological innovation across key industries and strengthening the company’s position as a leader in the global power supply market.
David has more than 40 years of leadership experience across the semiconductor and electronics industries. Prior to joining OmniOn Power, he served as the Executive Vice President for NXP’s Mobile and Computing Business Unit. He also served as the CEO of Cirrus Logic from 1998 to 2007, where he led the company’s transformation into a global leader in mixed-signal audio. He also has held various senior-level positions at Texas Instruments and Analog Devices. In addition to his role with OmniOn Power, David currently serves as Chairman for Gaozhan Microelectronics Management Consulting Co. and Silicon Power Technology.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
