Chief Financial Officer
Janet Chou is the Chief Financial Officer of OmniOn Power, having joined the company in March 2025. She leads the global finance and investor relations functions, driving OmniOn Power’s strategic transformation with her extensive expertise in the semiconductor and technology sectors.
Prior to her role at OmniOn Power, Janet held CFO positions across publicly listed companies in the United States and Asia, including Navitas Semiconductor and JCET Group. She also held executive positions at Western Digital and NXP Semiconductors, leading regional and global operations and business units. Earlier in her career, she held key finance roles at ON Semiconductor, Zoran, and Phillips Semiconductors.
Janet holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonion. She also studied at the China Foreign Affairs University in Beijing and is a certified public accountant in the United States, licensed in the State of California.
