General Counsel
Kevin Kong is the General Counsel of OmniOn Power, having joined the company in April 2026. He has extensive global legal and leadership experience across semiconductor, advanced technology, and regulated industries from his time with NASDAQ- and NYSE-listed companies.
Prior to joining OmniOn Power, Kevin served as CEO advisor and fractional general counsel to U.S. semiconductor companies expanding in China and Asia, advising on IPO strategy, geopolitics, export controls, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and intellectual property matters. He also served as the SVP, General Counsel, and General Manager at JCET Group, a publicly listed, $5B global semiconductor manufacturing and R&D company. Across his career, Kevin led public company governance, IPOs, capital markets, complex M&A, regulatory compliance, government affairs, litigation and IP strategy.
Kevin is a New York-licensed attorney and holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University.
