
Chief Technology Officer

Mark Haisler is the Chief Technology Officer of OmniOn Power. In this role, he is responsible for guiding teams to develop reliable, next-generation power solutions that deliver advanced efficiency and power density and translate into lasting business and customer impact. His direction has led to breakthroughs in water-cooled power supply designs and pushed the limits of board-mounted power for modern computing.
Mark has more than two decades of experience in power and electronics industries, having held engineering and executive leadership roles across GE, ABB, and OmniOn Power. Prior to that, he held engineering roles at Lockheed Martin, Lineage Power, Tyco Electronics, and Lucent Technologies. Through his career, he has led the development of high-efficiency power conversion platforms and power solutions for hyperscale and AI data center infrastructure, telecom networks, EV charging, and industrial power technologies. He also holds multiple U.S. patents related to power electronics reliability and product design.
Mark holds a Master of Science in Packaging of Electronic and Optical Devices from Southern Methodist University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Austin College.
