
Senior Vice President and General Manager, AI and Data Center Business

Philip Zuk is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of OmniOn Power’s AI and Data Center business unit. He joined the company in January 2026 and is responsible for advancing its portfolio of next-generation power architectures for hyperscale AI infrastructure to help address future industry challenges.
Philip has more than 25 years of global leadership experience in power semiconductor and system design. He previously led technical marketing, applications, and business development for high-voltage GaN at Transphorm. Prior to that, Philip drove high-voltage superjunction strategy at Vishay (Siliconix) and marketing for MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, and advanced diode solutions at Microsemi.
Philip holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Business Development, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, and an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. He also holds two U.S. patents and has authored numerous technical papers.
